The Burns Supper in 2009 was held in it's traditional place at the Grand Hotel in Brighton. It was Robbie Burns’ 250th Birthday and so Sweet Charity aimed the event to give guests a flavour of how the Scots celebrate the birthday of Robbie Burns – but it wasn't taken too seriously! Guests were entertained with a great ceilidh band, a wonderful cabaret and a live band until the early hours. All the profit from the evening went to “Sweet Charity”.
